We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Frozen bait or perishable products
Used products
Custom rigs or custom-made items
Gift cards
Tournament entries
Donations
Services, rentals, guide trips, or charters
Items damaged from normal use, misuse, or improper handling

If your return is approved, we will inspect the item once received. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
