Angler: $40

Rules 

1. There is no age limit to participate.
2. To compete in the Upper Limit Pompano Tournament, anglers must register and pay the $40 entry fee before submitting fish.
3. Anglers may fish a maximum four-rod spread or less. 
4. Fishing begins on October 30, 2026.
5. All fish must be submitted in person at Panhandle Salt and weighed within 48 hours of being caught. 
6. No frozen fish will be accepted.
7. This is a surf fishing tournament only. Bays, boats, kayaks, jetties, and piers are not allowed.
8. Eligible fish must be Florida pompano measuring at least 11 inches to the fork. 
9. Once an angler weighs a full Florida limit of six pompano, their total weight will be added to the leaderboard. 
10. Anglers may continue fishing throughout the tournament and upgrade their smallest fish as they catch larger pompano.
11. The same fish may be weighed for both The Upper Limit and the Panhandle Salt Pompano Showdown, as long as the fish meets the rules for both tournaments.
